Return & Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your order or if your item is defective/damaged, let us know by emailing us your order number to info@elanen-naturals.com within 60 days of purchase.

We'll email you a USPS pre-paid return label within 2 business days of receiving your email. You can drop off your return package in your mailbox.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll then initiate a replacement item or refund to your original method of payment, whichever you prefer.

You'll receive the replacement item or refund within 5 - 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
